Missing Leathercrafter Recipe: Hard Leather Sandals

As of now this armor piece is only obtainable through NPC vendors, therefore an HQ version cannot be found. According to the item description, it is repairable by a lv14 Leathercrafter. The rest of this magic armor set (Brass Spectacles, Hempen Robe, Hard Leather Lightmitts and Striped Cotton Slops) is all craftable by the respective classes. Is this a mistake, or is it intended? I'd like to know.
