Dungeon Progression route at 50?

So just hit 50 on my WHM and finishing up the story quest. Anxious to get in to dungeons now but wasn't sure the proper order so I don't undergear myself and hurt the group.

From what I have seen once you hit 50 and are fully geared in AF armor the progression is as follows:

Castrum Meridianum (story purposes)
Praetorium (story purposes)
Hard Mode Ifrit (asap for weapon)
Amdapor Keep or Wanderer's Palace (gear and tomestones)
Hard Mode Garuda
Hard Mode Titan
Binding Coil of Bahamut

would you still need to do ifrit first if your on relic quest? I'm asking because your going that way after amdapor keep anyways.

You can do AK before Ifrit. Big thing about AK is that Demon Wall is a dps check so going in low geared can be a bad thing. So long as you have good dps the rest isn't really an issue

My advice would be to spam Amdapor Keep for tomes until you have full darklight and then worry about the relic quest.

I've noticed a lot of people have started the relic quest and have hit a brick wall at Garuda by ignoring their other gear.
