I think mobs difficulty is just all out of whack and needs to be completely readjusted, I can solo +6 mobs and stuff, that shouldn't happen, an even match mob should be a challenge solo, and a mob even 1 level above you EXTREMELY hard, then 2/3 almost impossible, you should solo mobs lower level than you. In FFXI +10 was basically what you'd kill, then it changed to like +13 at 50, and like +17 at 70 or something, so the +10 for max SP KIND OF makes sense, but then mob difficulty is all out of whack that it makes it not make any sense at all. This would also explain why +20 mobs basically 1 shot you with their ranged attack.
