You have to follow the storyline quest until your "Retainer" is unlocked. Then you can go to the "Summoning Bell" (typically found in market place of any major city.) Near the bell is the "Retainer Register." They will set you up with a retainer.

Of course i did. I can go to MInfilla to get my Level 30 Quest now. Seems like i missed it D:

He should have another 100 Slots i guess ? And he is working as my Trader for the Market as in 1.0 is guess.

You can hire 2 retainers and each of them have 175 slots. After you get the first one, immediately talk to the Retainer hire guy again to get another one.
