7 days free trial

Hi, I'm not sure if it's an error or it's just being delayed, but my own account and several other friends' (theirs being registered as early access, as they have not received their physical copy yet), have not received their 7 days free trial.

Is that supposed to be normal, as in not yet received, or is everyone supposed to have received their 7 free days?

You should have already got your copies, I got mine the 27th of August. As for free trial, I understood it as your first month is free. Plus we're supposed to get 1 more week free because of the log in fiasco that is apparently still ongoing.

I checked my mog station a few hours ago and I did not have my 7 days added to my account. I just checked now and I have them. I suggest keep checking your account and it'll eventually pop up!

Since they just fixed the too many people logged in error now the problem is that we're logged in but not able to play the game because our characters are logged in but were not. They should jus go ahead and give us another month just to make the community happy and more willing to put up with them. Remember a game is nothing without the players.

Plus they need us to let them know if they're still getting these log-in issues, etc. so they should see this as a win win situation. We all should be getting free days until everything is settled.

Yeah that's if they actually take the time to read their forums which I have some doubt in, im very happy they made more room in the servers but theirs still issues remaining. Its a new game and I completely understand that but I strongly think that the people that love the game so much to play it through thick and thin should at least get some compensation with it and something to show for it so longer down the road people can be proud to say "I was on this game during beta" rather than "oh man when this game was in beta IT SUCKED!" type thing.

This is just a very unfortunate situation for everyone. I really do like this game, but the fact that I cannot play from all of this going on is just killing me! It's only a matter of time until our days run out and we never really got to use them. Then they really need to compensate.

I think they just updated with a post saying that the 3102 issues have been "resolved".

that's good to hear and all but I still need something for the time I missed out on just saying I don't want to be played out of nothing that others got to use and now they got advantage over the people that wasn't able to get on
