Change BARD Limit Break

Look through your bard action list. There's what...one DPS ability? That one DPS ability doesn't make you a DPS job anymore than White Mage's one damage ability Holy makes them a DPS job.

I looked through my BRD action list and found exactly 100% ZERO healer abilities. But ok, whatever you say lol
