Option for A/D (Turn left/right) + RMB (Right mouse button)?

Hello,

Currently it seems to be hardcoded in the game that Turn left/right + using Right mouse button gives you the Strafe action. It does not matter on which hotkey you put the Turn left/right option, is there a way to disable this kind of feature?

Why exactly you need this?

I'm not sure if that's possible at the moment.

I rebound the strafe keys to the A/D as it plays more nicely in my personal opinion.
And then bound turn left/right to Q/E, but I am also using right mouse button a lot of the times obviously.
So whenever I want to do a turn now, I am acutally strafing, which is annoying.

However if it's not possible then I'm afraid I have to go back to the old setup, however alt+Q, resp. alt+W, resp. alt+E do not work properly if bound to an interruptable skill, do you know a fix for that?
