Can't turn in quests "Twisted Beliefs (Maelstrom)" and "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It"

Bug happened yesterdat at between 02:00 - 05:00 PM. Unable to turn in quests. I currently have 2 quests; "Twisted Beliefs (Maelstrom)" and
"Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It"

Even though I completed the dungeon Amdapor Keep for the "Twisted Beliefs" I cannot turn in the quest. When I talk to the NPC questgiver and press "Complete" I get the gold text on the screen "Quest Complete" but I still have the quest, telling me I need to talk to the npc. So basically - it tells me I completed the quest, but I still have the quest - nothing happens.

Same thing happens with the "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It" I just can't attune to the aetheryte. It tells me that the quest is complete after I cliced the aetheryte, but nothing happens and I still have the quest.
Please help! I tried relogging but it didn't help

Steps:
1. Accepted "Twisted Beliefs (Maelstrom)"
2. Finished the dungeon Amdapor Keep and returned to the NPC to turn in.
3. Read through the completion text, hit "Complete", "Quest Complete" appears across my screen and plays fanfare music. The chat log also says the quest has been completed.
4. Attempted multiple times to complete the quest with no effect.
