No we don't need to complain to our ISP. Since we had no lag since beta till yesterday, I don't think all of our ISP's suddenly all started to throttle us on the same day, its simple logic.When did they do network maintenance? Wednesday's was dealing with servers, I've seen nothing from SE saying they did any work on network gear.
Also, given the number of ISPs who now throttle P2P then I expect many people blaming the servers or SE's gear need to complain to their ISP: see the stickied thread above.
I got error 90k about 30 times tonight. What a nightmare. I tested my connection, I played WoW and Rift to check, no lag, no disconnect. The problem is SE servers or the patch, plain and simple.
I will add something, I am not sure the validity of it. I was told there's many servers per realm, some/most are lag free but some are full of lag/error, we are on one of those.
Two friends play in the same room, mostly identical pc's. They play on the same server, one as no lag, the other lag/dc like hell. I read that on this forum.
Makes me upset when people keep saying its on our end. SE is far from perfect. They made a great game but a shitty network.
Going to bed, hope I don't dream about 90k/3102.
BTW: They put my 7 free days on the wrong account since I used my retail key at the wrong place like thousands of peoples. Check the 800 pages thread for that story. It keeps piling up.
