I thought about replying in a certain way to that. I thought about it a lot. I nearly bit down on the bait. You nearly got me! But no...

Instead i thought, well, on this statement alone, i can only presume that this poor chap has no idea what the real issue is, as he/she have never really experienced it, so why would they understand?

But then again, what if they have experienced it, and have just hardened to it so much that they can't see the problem anymore?

I don't know what makes people do what they do.
