In the "real world," people get their asses beat for the shit said in that screenshot. People lose their jobs and their social standing over that shit. We're not the ones that will be eaten alive, they will.

I think at this point that people who are the victims aren't particularly hurt by it. They just wish to see some more stricter regulations I suppose.

I've had people fight in my group and is not about getting hurt. People fighting creates tension and lowers the performance of the group. The tank can get mad and let the party die. Healer and one of the DPS are fighting, so the healer decides to stop healing the DPS and in result everyone else pays for it. People fighting spend a lot of time typing rather than focusing on what's happening, then there are deaths which leads to more fighting and name calling. We don't have a vote kick option, so everyone should keep their insults to themselves.
