Relic Reborn Instance Battles Should be DF

NO one is allowed to complain about the relic quest, as it stands now the time for a full relic start to finish is a joke compared to 1.0 and that was a joke compared to FFXI. I'm not saying I want it harder but just don't come here and whine about shelling out a wopping 200k on relic when I pad 70,000,000 gil for a double mailbreaker that would not meld (still never got it).

So all I can say here is if your getting a Relic Wep then your a serious player and looking for endgame, so if you cant get this done via your FC, then you have a huge issue and should resolve that first as if you cant get these done inside FC you wont stand a change with titan, or coil or anything else that is larger content when we get it. Your either rushing it too fast for your FC (not like you really need to have a relic this early) or need a new FC. There are plenty of other things you can work on for gear and such till your in a good FC or your FC catches up to you who leveled much faster.

Make a thread there. Ask the ppl of your world if they would like to make a party to tackle this boss. I'm sure a lot of ppl in your server would love to have this done.

Plus I can't believe you are unable to find a group, I once teleported in Mor Dhona / Coerthas / Uldah and got my party done in less than 5 minutes, alot of people ask / need those fights.

Heh, the only reason it's hard is because people get forced to use the duty finder from the start and thus when it comes time to actually put in some work and put together a party a lot of people not in FCs can't do so.

Eh, the game is still very young, and few people are high level. It's pretty understandable that the economy would be a little thin right now, and prices will be high. Give it some time.

My problem with A Relic Reborn is the lack of coordination when you get 8 random people together no matter if server or DF. I have been stuck on Hydra and Garuda hard for some time, reason being is latency is still a major problem. And the constant "first time", which mind you i have nothing against. Yet many others do not share my point of view. In fact i would go as far as to say the DF primal fights, or anything that is DF should give the people a slight handy cap if nothing else. Ifrit hard takes about 10 min with a FC or a LS, yet it takes over 40+ using the DF and having to wipe 3-5 times until people start to play nice.

Back on topic, while i have nothing against DF the relic fights, i doubt it would make he battle better. Me, you, they: we all play at 120% skill when with friends for some reason, yet from what i see in DF people don't even give a 50% passing effort.
