    You are still on free time, they added 7 days for everyone as an apology.

    Give it a little more time. When official service starts and you DO have to pay to play, character creation will be opened up again (so I hope). In the meantime, I'd suggest playing on any other server and transferring later - maybe we still get a free transfer, who knows. I myself wouldn't mind paying for it either to play with friends later on, but I know it's an issue when you're tight on money, so I hope for everyone to get a free transfer.
