Paladin Oath question

So I just recently hit level 30. My problem is I can't find the Paladin Oath quest anywhere in the Gladiator Hall. I am level 15 Conj with the level 15 class quest finished. Do I have to have the level 30 Gladiator quest complete? Or do I have to finish my main quest up to level 30and it unlocks the ability to take Job's?

Speak to the GLA Guild receptionist (Lululusu) and she'll direct you to speak to Jenlyns, the captain of the Sultansworn - he's a male hyur PLD standing on the central circular path in the upper level of Ul'dah (the Hustings Strip) - just look for a quest icon in that area and you should find him with no trouble.

Does she have a quest indicator over her head? Because I did not see it.

Yes you need to be lvl 30 Gladiator to unlock

Ok this is what needs to be done.

Conjurer at LV15
Gladiator at LV30
All Gladiator's guild quests must have been completed.
Once these conditions are met you should be able to talk to receptionist for Paladin Quests.

In fact you can just do all the GLA quests and still talk to receptionist but it would still require you to have Conjurer at LV15 and you being a LV30 GLA to talk to her.
