    Unable to summon ifrit-egi or be a summoner

    Having completed the lv30 arcanist quest and lv30 summoner quest and received the cut scene saying 'you are now a summoner' i can neither review summoner in character or actions/traits and cannot summon the ifrit-egi that i have worked to get!
