[Quest]Big Trouble in Little Ala Mhigo

I intended to post this on the Quests forum because I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I am just being dense, but am getting a message that my level isn't high enough, so hopefully I can find some assistance here. I tried to complete the first part of the quest where I need to speak with 5 young people to "learn of their intentions." I can only find 3 of the NPCs in the indicated orange circles. I have probably gone back and forth between the marked areas 30 times searching for the remaining 2 NPCs. I'm curious if this is a known quest bug and the NPCs that I am searching for have disappeared or if they are hidden somewhere and I'm just not looking in the right place.

That quest have two items and 3 NPC's. You just need to find the items now.

As said above - other two are items. Just wait though when you'll get to the next stage of this quest (the fight) - took me 8 times to complete it yesterday evening and when I've finally go it right I've got DC-ed upon returning from instance and of course it hasn't registered as competed so I needed to re-do it another 4 times ... sighs ...
