Ok so im trying to revive the world community and lets face it the /shout function sucks and people get annoyed with it.

So for all those who are interested I propose we start a world chat linkshell for all English speaking players and those non native who can speak fairly well will be a nice way to advertise and gather to together for partying and leves.
