    Help with no full Registration Code after Product registration

    Dear Players,

    i need help as the Square sport have no response for 4 days.

    The issue i met is that i got this DVD standard edition, before the official launch i got the pre-access code when i redeem with my product code in the DVD box.

    And as time comes when i need to register a full access code, i used the product code and register it under my Square Enix account (EU). Until now i can still only see "Early access code" under "My Codes". Where is my Full access code? i have been unable to play this game awhile and without the support team replying me anything.

    Any one met this issue and have it solve? please guide me. Thanks!
