Any list for the lvl's you need to be per post on something 'other' than new player?

Ok.. so I tried asking on the class discussion thread for input on a cross-class idea. Only to yet again be told i STILL cant post on any forum other than this one.

So... shaking my head over a bit of overzealous forum moderating.... i went looking for 'some' sort of list to tell me just when i'll finally be able to actually start using the forum.. well.. as a place to find help/discuss ideas... and you know... stuff related to the game?

So... anyone out here know were i can find such a list?.. one that shows at what level's your able to post in what forum.. and how often? Or have one made personally?

Would make things a lot easier to know when im actually 'allowed' to ask for input on things from the community without cluttering up the "New Player Help" forum.

Basically - don't even bother to post anywhere in the restricted areas - the whole system is soo IDIOTIC that even posts in unrestricted areas are counted towards your daily limit so effectivelly you'll be never able to post there ever again ... what a morons!
