Constant R0 or Massive Lag spiking

I don't know what you did in your "Fix" Update but ever since im getting a inhuman amount of Spike Lag, especially in Duty Finder, Garuda is almost impossible to do, every 10 seconds i have to wait another 10 seconds before the game kicks itself in the ass to return normal and by that time im usually dead". The Receiving connection goes to 0 frequently.

Theres no Bandwith issues or anyone else on the internet/ no downloads/ no streaming, so its there fault.

Fix ASAP please Square.
