    I can confirm anything with a form of instance is down. Story events, Class quests and obviously duty finder are down. I got a 90000 twice doing the Riche story quest in South Shroud.

    this is the main issue right now. no one can do instances. I hope this gets officially addressed / noticed soon.

    Actually after getting locked out for about 20 minutes I was able to do the instance without any further problems. So its not totally broken.
