Game is asking for my CD key for the 2nd time.

So I entered my CD key when the game launched and was able to play, I even got to level 37.

Then I left town for PAX for a week.

Now that I am home every time I attempt to play FFXIV the game asks me for my CD key again. The 20 digit key I have isn't working, it says there's an error and that the key I have has already been used. (ya because I used it on the very same account at release) There's also no way to skip past this window, so now I'm locked out of my account.

Thoughts?

What you entered before was likely the early access key. If you purchased the game digitally, check your e-mail for another e-mail that has your product key. The sender from SQEX is something like webmail-v4 or something so it's probably in your spam folder.

Then just make sure when you do register it that you don't make a new service account for it, choose to add a windows or PS3 service and it should clearly show your account and the number of characters on it before you confirm to add the key to it

Thanks guys. I just found the key in another email addresses spam. I blame the 409349534 accounts you need to make for SE and every damn game they make.
