Increasing Guildhests EXP gain. Sound idea?

-Guildhests should reward every class for the first time.!! It's a good idea.

Or, keep the exp as it is, but increase the gil reward based on guildhest level.
Something like 500g for 1st one up to maybe 10k for last one....
