An excellent idea. A lot of players are going to struggle to find a group for them as time goes on, so adding a reasonable bonus for players who have already completed a specific guildhest will increase the pool of players queuing for them.

They definitely need something added to them. They give less EXP than FATEs do and are typically harder and take longer to complete. Either increased EXP/gil rewards or boss drops/coffer or maybe some special currency used to buy special items. Right now they just aren't worth the effort to repeat.
This is what should happen, yes. At the very least it needs to be every time you sign up as a different role. The mechanics you learn doing them as a Tank aren't going to be picked up from playing as DPS.
At level 30, I can agree, don't know for later. Guildleves and Guildhests give a pitiful amount when you keep in mind that over 150k+ XP is required for a level. This, or they should add items that give a better XP boost rate than 3%.

Guildhests are completely broken IMO (unless you have a pre-formed party).
There needs to be a good reason to re-run these, so the que isn't a complete obstacle, it's worth it, and players get better at them.
I got to 30 recently, but waited unitl I got some new spells and gear before queueing the 30 guildhest (I think dungeons and guildhests are noticably more difficult at 30). The first time I ran "More than a feeler" the dps didn't understand the bubbles, and we died... the slimes dont go away, so we had to abandon.... so a 30 minute wait wasted. I amde my second group wait, and explained it to them thoroughly, and we succeeded. Then I did the second level 30 guildhest.. only this time the tank ditched a second after the pull. So now I've spend 90 minutes in que for one success. I'm sure it's worse for DPS. I usually que both a dungeon and guildhest - the dungeon has always popped first... so I have to que for just a guildhest if I want to run it.
Actually, they could just allow you to get the bonus once a day and it would be kinda cool - they would be worth doing, but not spam doing for leveling (like fates are now).
Guildhests are horribly underutilized. They really have a lot of potential.
agreed, fates give more exp while guildhests are much more effort
Fantasy above reality.
The idea of mini-instances that focus on a single gimmick and act simultaneously as a way to experiment with fun mechanics and teach people how to deal with stuff is a brilliant idea.
The fact that they're basically worthless after the first run is a huge shame because they really are cool... and it makes it much harder for new players to run them simply because there's so little reason for anyone else to do it either.
