    How can I redeem my Veterans Rewards after I have subscribed for 90 days?

    I have subscribed for 90 days and it charged my card but I haven't got anything through my in-game mailbox. I thought it said that I will receive my Veterans Rewards immediately but I haven't yet.

    I've seen people with the veterans reward items already. Is there something I'm not doing right here or what's going on?

    in mog station there is a section for veteran rewards try there

    Are you sure they've charged your card yet? Everyone had 30 free days (and now an additional 7) and even 1.0 players got 14 days (and now an additional 7). So even 1.0 players shouldn't run out until about the 18th.

    When you add your card details it does say something about globalpay or something, but that's simply doing an initial authorisation to make sure the details are correct. That won't actually charge anything yet, not until you're out of time, perhaps the day before (and at that point you get the rewards).

    I have the same email as you when I set up the automatic renewal, but below what you pasted mine also says about Payment amount being £0.00 (because they haven't taken anything yet). Since the money due right now is £0.00 (or $0.00 etc) they haven't actually charged you anything, it's badly worded. You'll get another one when they actually take payment with a real figure filled in not 0.00.

    The people who already have veteran rewards have them because they redeemed gamecards (not available in NA I think?) and because they already paid for the gamecards, they get the rewards straight away. The rest of us with automatic subscriptions have to wait for our freetime to run out THEN they'll charge us (and then we'll get the rewards)

    They don't actually charge you until your time is up.

    The EU players have the option to buy Game Time Cards and receive their awards now which I am pretty upset about atm.

    So that is likely what you're seeing.

    unless there is some trick into tricking the account manager into giving you the option to put in an EU time card.

    It is basically I want to throw money at them but they won't take it lol.
