90K followed by persistent 10102

attempted to enter instance for lvl 15 thm quest, received 90K then persistent 10102.

Likewise. I went to join an instance as a SMN on Duty Finder, was queued up for the Sunken Temple of Qarn, had to switch from botany to SMN before accepting, and when I did I got the 90000 error. When I tried to log back in I kept getting 10102.

I got the 90000 error and the 10102 error multiple times while trying to do a solo quest.
