    new player

    im try to start a new player but i cant see the player im making....i can see the shadow on the floor but the player isnt their what can i do ?

    Uninstall your video drivers,

    Run driversweeper to clear them out completely

    Install the latest video driver package from your manufacturer site (AMD or Nvidia)

    Adjust your FFXIV graphics settings from the FFXIV config utility and see if turning them down allows the character models to be displayed.
