10102 error while loading quest

same error here was queing up for wanderers pallace all 4 party memebers d/ced with 90,000 error and when trying to reconnect got 3017 and 10102.

We all 10102 now...

Just tried joining Haukke Manor on two different characters, got Error 90000'd while loading, then got stuck with 10102 when trying to log back on.

Characters are:

Raimei Hitohana

Same issue when battle was loading on my Level 25 Thaumaturge quest in Thal's Respite.

Connection with the server was lost.

Doing level 20 Arcanist class quest, when it tried to load the 'instance' 90000'd
Now it's 10102. I tried to log into the other toon I have, and cancelled the queue once. Attempted to login and perhaps by chance, it let me in to the game where I had to 're start' the quest, and it crashed again. Now i'm in the loop and nothing works.

Just adding that my character is stuck with Error 10102 aswell. 90000 after going into loading from duty finder with 10102 on any reconnect.
