10102 error while loading quest

Yup. Same here. 10102 after trying to enter Tam-Tara. Can't log back in. Characters are:

Sarail Clay (me)
Maseiko Cross (my friend)

As the title says, i got these errors tonight trying to log in. The first error (10102) was caused trying to do a duty and was kicked off, and would display the same error regardless of relentless spamming of logging in. Restarting my computer helped and allowed me in, but when i went to do the duty, it booted me and now same problem but with a different error code, 90000. Ima bout to break my chode in half, any help?

same error, first i get error, reset router.. instance worked. moved on to next instance and got error. This is after SE posted this has been resolved. It is not resolved. I've tried on both systems, two different servers, two different characters. ERROR 90000 creating ERROR 10102
