Conversation lock-up talking to NPC

So, I logged in 10minute ago and figured I start off doing some leve-quests; ran over to the leve-quest NPC in the inn in Limsa Lominsa and right clicked. My UI vanished like I was going to have a conversation, but no conversation dialog came up and my character just stood there for a while doing nothing. I couldn't move, my UI was still gone and I wasn't getting the conversation. I attempted to esc out of the conversation and got the conversation aborted message; but still I was locked in, unable to move with no UI. A few seconds later I got Error 90000.
I have managed to log-in, and my UI is back, but I am still locked in place and cannot move, or talk to the NPc near me.

EDIT: 5 minutes later my character finally unsticks and I get the conversation dialog, which seems to be acting like nothing happened. Seems to have resolved itself; but not a cool glitch. Not cool at all.

EDIT2: While looking at the leve-quests everything locked up again and I got another Error 90000.
