Proxy tunnels, ie pingzapper whats the policy.

I am an Australian player and in order to play with english speaking players i am forced to play on the NA/EU servers located in Montreal.

This unfortunately gives me what feels like about 400+ping making basic combat and such no worries but when an enemy casts an AOE its dam near impossible to avoid it unless i am already moving, this was worst with the ifrit fight (lvl 21 currently).

So i am wanting to use a ping lowering service, that should bring my ping to about
180-200, but first i was hoping to get some info about SE's policy on the matter, some companies don't like it.

also on a side note.
What lvl do i need to be to post on the main forums? it refuses to let me.

Hi

I am West Aussie and play on JP. There a a lot of English speakers (that i have encountered) on my server.

I have another thread in here about my lvl 20 fight and had the same issue with AOE.

Cant help in regards to pingzapper but in regards to English speakers and AOE you may want to look at
- the world forums page to get more info as to English on JP servers
- Loadstone page where you can filter for linkshells and FC
- I think it was on technical or gameplay forums there was a few threads about ping and AOE attacks. A good point was watch the enemy animation and/or charge bar rather than the AOE on the ground.
