It is an early access code though, so that is something. Still have not received an actual code.
To be honest, though, why would they even need to require two codes? Shouldn't anyone who was in the early access have access to the game?

No, we all had to input our proper official registration code upon official launch. All early Access players and legacy players had to do this. Since your code has not arrived, I think its best if you submit a ticket detailing your complaint. Some have suggested solutions. I recall something about "find my order" wbsite..? not sure

I'm not saying that is the way it is, I'm saying it is silly to require both... It more than doubles the complexity of their ridiculous sign up process. Could you imagine if registering for Blizz games was this complicated?
I already put in a ticket (as I mentioned earlier in this topic) but its has been a solid week since I put it in with only the typical automated "We'll be with you shortly" response so far. I'll search for that "order finder" and see if that helps, but so far I'm honestly just considering requesting a refund. It seems like Square just does not care about the NA market enough to me...
I found the website you were referring to and was able to get my code from it.
For anyone else having this issue findmyorder.com is the website. I used e-mail and credit card and it took me directly to my code.
Lesson to be learned here. Do not order anything directly from SE again. I got mine thru Amazon, and Amazon manages all digital goods. So if I need any of the codes that came with my product all I have to do is log into my Amazon account. I have no idea why this is not possible on the SE site. Pretty much BS if you ask me.
Just FYI, they require the second registration code because getting the pre-order code didn't require actually paying for the game, just ordering it.
But I've no idea why they would have made it so tricky to find the code.
The moral of the story: Always give your money to an intermediary, well established business when buying games. They've much better support and product delivery.
