If you have purchased the physical CE version for PC then you must input the new 20 digit registration code that came with the physical copy. Go in your Mog station, enter in your existing username and passowrd then click on the [Add Windows Services Tab under Account Services. It will ask you to input your 20 digit code, which will then unlock your bonus items and give you options for subscription and renewal. DO NOT CLICK on "Add New Service Account"...
