    If you have purchased the physical CE version for PC then you must input the new 20 digit registration code that came with the physical copy. Go in your Mog station, enter in your existing username and passowrd then click on the [Add Windows Services Tab under Account Services. It will ask you to input your 20 digit code, which will then unlock your bonus items and give you options for subscription and renewal. DO NOT CLICK on "Add New Service Account"...

    It is an early access code though, so that is something. Still have not received an actual code.

    To be honest, though, why would they even need to require two codes? Shouldn't anyone who was in the early access have access to the game?

    No, we all had to input our proper official registration code upon official launch. All early Access players and legacy players had to do this. Since your code has not arrived, I think its best if you submit a ticket detailing your complaint. Some have suggested solutions. I recall something about "find my order" wbsite..? not sure

    I found the website you were referring to and was able to get my code from it.

    For anyone else having this issue findmyorder.com is the website. I used e-mail and credit card and it took me directly to my code.
