    Was asked registration after maintenance and early access code wont work..

    My account is tagged as inactive and i just registered August 24th! I could not play for a week already because of this issue and it could not be reactivated based on the knowledge based steps! I even ordered CE for PC and havent receive the CE items in game and just received moogle hat and Cait Sith Doll! I also bought Crysta thinking i need to pay subscription but i cant even pay! How come this is happening?! This is subscription based game and everyday wasted is being paid for by the gamer! Support is not addressing my issue i even submitted 4 tickets already starting last Friday and i haven't got any replies and chat support didn't even help saying there is no available agent. No subscriptions listed on my account and just showing inactive in moogle station. It is really frustrating on my part as i pre ordered and was not able to play much time because of the servers being full and now i cant even log in game. This is really unacceptable.

    I've been having the exact same problem with my digital CE. I was kicked from the game at the end of early access and then it asked for my registration code when I tried to log back in. Every time I try to apply my code it says it has already been used. I also never received the CE items.

    Nope... still the same thing. Try to log in and it asks me for my 20 digit code. Try to apply my code and it says it's already in use.

    Check your junk mail, for some reason my new code was sent there instead of my inbox.

    Individual issues may vary though.

    Yeah, I don't have a new code anywhere. I checked both my e-mails, junk and normal, just to be sure and no second code was received. I even opened a ticket that claimed I would have a response in two business days... 6 days later and still nothing. I'll admit that this is to be expected considering the current situation they are facing but the current situation they are facing is because they screwed up pretty bad... again.

    Are you using your new code? You may be using the old 20 digit early access (pre order) code. You need to input the 20 digit code that came bundled with your physical copy of the Collectors edition. Have you received your collectors edition?

    If you have purchased the physical CE version for PC then you must input the new 20 digit registration code that came with the physical copy. Go in your Mog station, enter in your existing username and passowrd then click on the [Add Windows Services Tab under Account Services. It will ask you to input your 20 digit code, which will then unlock your bonus items and give you options for subscription and renewal. DO NOT CLICK on "Add New Service Account"...
