Nobody receiving my in game text in linkshel/tells/party

I'm having the same issue since finishing a dungeon about 2 hours ago. Everything else is running just fine - I'm having no lag issues in combat or anything.

In case some folks are finding this hard to believe, here's some informal testing my FC and I did.



And perhaps even more egregious is that I sent myself a /tell at 21:54 EST and as of now, 22:11 EST, I have not received it. That's a more than ten minute latency on chatting. Something is definitely wrong.

EDIT: Remember that /tell? Yeah.



If there was a 37 minute latency on anything else in game it would be completely unplayable. I really hope someone who can do something about this sees this thread.
