Blacklist "hole" allows blacklisted people to message you

Frequency: Every time you open your blacklist

Steps:
1. Open Social Lists window
2. Go to "Blacklist" tab
3. During the time it takes to populate your blacklist on this window, all of the individuals on the list have a brief opportunity to send a message to you. This "hole" in the blacklist appears only during the time you are loading the blacklist in the Social Lists window.

Same for me, it's already annoying to have 4 spammers to add on your blacklist when you return to town and on top of it it's leaking out previous spammers....
