    If you mean here on the forum, I see it fine. It's just delayed occasionally.

    And it might not even be the ISP directly, but peering/routing points at their edge or between the ISP and SE.

    as in the ISP and the Square Enix? I dont know what else SE means

    I guess there is nothing I can do then just keep on trying then..
