okay.. just an update if people are still interested

I've used google's open DNS and it seems to work but not really.... it still says 'server is not responding' most of the time. It is like hit and miss, mostly miss.

And I actually forgot to mention as well, yesterday I was able to log in as well with my default DNS, after trying so many time.

I wonder if its because the server is full? or it is my internet.....

Difficult to say if it's your internet really... The likelyhood is high however.
As for your router, it may not even have any proxy settings.
I was going to suggest trying to connect through some VPN service, but since you're on PS3, I don't know if that's possible or viable.
Would it be possible for you to take your PS3 to a friends place or other place that have a different ISP from what you use now?

Also consider calling your ISP and ask if they block or otherwise filter online game traffic in any way.
