cant make new thread in general discussion forum

It tells me that I have reached my daily lint or my character level is too low. I haven't made any posts, and my friend who is a lower level can make new threads, so what gives?

My avatar says level 17, but my main is actually 30.

Not sure but you might have to have a certain post count for the limit to raise as well as a higher level.
A while ago I could only make 4 posts and was around level 30 as well. I've gone way beyond that post limit today.

Try to manually update your character level.
Go to settings (belog your name top right part of the forum), edit character, change the main class, save, change back to your actual main.
