Exodus - Character Creation

Greetings,

As of writing this post my wife cannot make a character on the server myself and my friends have been working on. Just logged in on my account on Exodus, and it's an immediate login with no queue. This makes no logical sense. Open this back up like it's supposed to be.

Because you're special and SE should drop everything right now to tend to your needs.

Even the servers are open, they open and close certain ones to direct players in that direction. If you refresh every 3 minutes, the open list will change back and forth.

... More along the lines of if they close a server they need to make sure to update it on the forums as they have previously stated they would be. Specifically I have been refreshing the thing every three minutes for the past hour and guess what, Exodus doesn't come up, currently 80% of the Japanese servers are up, and 2 NA and 1 EU server is up. and that's been like that for the past 15 minutes.

Especially if they are down for over an hour.

So return the game and ask for your money back. Clearly you're not happy. Might as well quit.

Then there will be more room for the rest of us who aren't as bothered by these problems and are hopeful they will all go away soon enough.

Im in the same boat screwed a bunch of times already still having no luck i was a 1.0 legacy bought PC collectors eddition that i cant apply to my account, great ty SE. Okay so ill bite the bullet, abandon my 1.0 legacy char i wanted to join my friends on another server anyways and with all the server troubles who know when server xfers will be done. So i created new account registered my pc collectorss edition. But of course cant create a char on any server . Only 2 servers up for new chars. One NA and one EU i would like to play with my friends

It appears that you aren't bothered by this as you already have a character, most likely already logged in, in a guild and have all your friends and/or family logged in. Being nasty about this serves no purpose, only to be rude. If my posts bother you so much don't read them, and certainly don't reply to them. Honestly it serves no merit.

I almost agree but really these problems will not go away unless everyone that has them keeps reporting it to hopefully motivate them that its worth it to do more to fix these issues.

They need to hire a lot more customer service reps for one things.
