Login issues finally solved?

Looks like the complaint threads have just died down. Is this a sign that the login issues have finally been fixed? Just like they said they would?

Correct me if I am mistaken but I recalled hearing that after they kicked EVERYONE off the servers for the 10 hour maintenance that they would have to restrict and monitor the login's just to get things back to an even rate. So of course there would be some people getting the login errors again but it was only temporary. Less than 24 hours after that major fix and seems like things are evening out.

I do hope everyone is able to log in again since this was the only major issue with the game (aside from personal preference differing from game design).

Yes in the sense that in all the times that I have been trying to log in the beginning, I haven't run into a single server full error, although I DID run into a few 90000 errors as well as 3102s after the first short but successful login.. Later on in the day I was able to log on stay on longer then I have been since Saturday. During this log in I had to be put into a queue of 9.

No because there are still some random errors floating about including fps/lag issues according to some and including me.

I'm fully aware there have been issues this morning, I've been watching the forums most of the day today and seeing so many posts and threads raging about "continued XXXX errors" which was to be expected for the first bit according to what SE told us. Things are just starting to smooth out for the login issues (since the time of my OP) and the other errors "should" follow. Honestly, after such major changes I would give it 24 hours to stabilize. If there are still issues then after they have officially stated the login and chr creation restrictions are removed, then the patch they did may not have been successful.

It was amazing how abruptly the complaints just faded away though

Well, I was able to log in on Midgardsormr first try, so I'm happy that things are working better.

I hope so. I would like to go home from work and log in to the game, instead of playing the log-in mini game for 30 mins.

I can't really complain though, I have been able to play every single day I have tried to. Obviously there have been some log-in problems, but none that stopped me!! Love the game, and I love the effort that's being put in to assure it runs properly.

Kudos Square Enix. Anyone that wants to whine and cry about how you have been handling the server problems, didn't play Defiance. Little to no communication EVER from their devs, and bugs just went on for weeks without being addressed. At least you keep us in the loop with the fixes you are doing. Thanks again.

Normally i can't log in into Ragnarok at this time but now i log in asap.

I would say you'll know for sure in the next couple of hours, as that will be when NA primetime starts to kick in. If you don't hear about people complaining about 1017s soon, I would say that's a good sign.

Since these are completely separate issues, I have hope that this will be fixed later on especially since the lack of the 3102 errors happened right after they made their last lodestone update, stating that they had taken care of the problem. And whatever they did was a few hours after their huge maintenance and they didn't have to take down the servers.

I am pretty eager to get home in a hour and a half to see how the Cactuar server is behaving. During peak hours, it's been pretty rough, but judging by what I've been reading (and what's even more encouraging is the stuff I haven't been reading because it's not there), I think I might be able to get on and play without much trouble. This would be a first since Beta 3 for me on that server.

Ah yes. I failed to mention one thing that is pretty big. All times I've attempted was on a Legacy server, specifically Sargatanas. I assume that this is one of the servers that gets hit pretty hard because its been around for a long time and has a mix of the old players as well as new.

I encountered Erismontez' FPS issue in Brayflox today. Didn't kick me off, but my FPS dropped from a steady 60 the whole run to about 25 while fighting the Inferno Drake. After that, it went back to normal.
