regarding lag after the new servers addition just reporting for DEV'S

Hi, i want to report this and hopefully the devs check it.

I had pretty bad lag before this maintenance with more servers added on.
My server IP was this one and cerberus eu world:



but now you guys finally added more servers (yay!), the login worked fine

my new server ip assigned is this one:



so regarding how this new server is doing...

All the afternoon was fine, almost no lag at all, only a little lag while doing instances but still understandable (while on 16:00 to 20:00 GMT hours)

but, now is 20:00 GMT here and the lag is again, horrible, just like before the new server addition, so i guess this server can't handle the big peak hours and maybe would be nice to invest into more servers and assign less people to this server.

hi, this kind of lag has nothing to do with connection speed's, lags or routes, its because the server hangs and can't send you packets at the correct time, it sends all the packets after at once and you will see received very high at this point.
i work as a developer and sys admin managing up to 23 servers.
is not a routing issue, i checked it all, its only a server issue.
you need to know a world is not the same as server, worlds have a lot of servers cluster to handle all the players, for example i play with some friends and each of us connect to a different servers (we play all in cerberus),so we have different kind of lags, some of the servers never lag, and others lag a lot.
i know this because i logged into the account of my friend with (he reported no lag at all) a less stressed server assigned to his character, and i had no lag, but with my account assigned to a crowded server, we had a lot of lag issues.

they sure added new servers and now they hang less, but they have still some problems at very very peak hours.

heavy peak hours are hard to handle, but after those new server addition you should have noticed some improvements like i did. Still the peak time 20:00 GMT is just too much for some servers.

My IP was 199.91.189.26 yesterday (before maintenance earlier today) and 199.91.189.38 today (after maintenance).
Problem persisted even after being assigned to a new IP.
Spikes appeared more frequent and stayed longer as the day went by.

Ok, today, friday 19:00 GMT, while on the duty brayflox longstop i had tons of lag so i guess the new server addition still need more servers or fix them all already. i wiped there like 10 times on the final boss because unable to dodge a hardcore special attack with all those "timestops" and i dont even want to spoiler here.

Yup. Full week indeed and so far hardly any communcation from their side.
As for the matter that has been discussed over the course of the last few days; THIS is why I refuse to go to dungeons with friends and is the main problem we're having.
Uploaded this for those that don't have the problem but want a better understanding of what we have to deal with when we're playing.
Been going on for about a week now.
