Why does Chat Support not work?

Is there some sort of magic trick involved in getting a hold of chat support? Maybe a secret ritual? Do I need to make a sacrifice?

I've waited in Queue 4 times today and yesterday, for 2 and a half hours each time mind you, and each time I finally get to the front of the line it simply pops up "No agents available to talk to you." Are they just randomly closing my thing without any sort of notification? I don't get it. Super annoying.

There's no e-mail support save automated messaging, chat support has been disabled, and phone calls return 99% busy signal unless you call in the first minute of their office opening.
"Why doesn't ANY support work?" is the real question they should be answering.
