Is there a transmutation system for item skins?

Most armors are dyable so there's that. It's just the unique armors that can't be dyed

Yes but you cannot dye every individual section, for example I have the velveteen cowl on atm, I can dye it, lets say, blue. But I can only dye the main section blue, not the small details, cuffs, collar etc, they will forever remain white. Same with my trousers, I can dye the top half blue but that bottom half will be forever brown.
