Poor Communication SE

First post, and yes it's sort of a complaint.

Basically I haven't been able to play the game at all yet, and it's incredibly frustrating as I've spent my money and I'm unable to play under the parameters that I'd like to.

This is what's happened to me:

The week preceding early access I, like everyone else, redeemed their code to use when early access came about to download the client. After numerous issues came about and were solved, mine was the only one that wasn't. I was given an invalid PS3 code and despite my attempts to call support, submit 6 tickets, and sit in 2 different chat queues before being disconnected, no one assisted me.

So my brother got on for early access no problem as he plays on the pc and there were no issues with his code. This is where I'm furious now. I've been unable to play with him SOLELY because of the fact that SE has screwed up my preorder code, and no only did I not get onto his server, it also means that I won't get the in game items I preordered for.

Once official launch came I was able to play but not able to create a character on his server, as it is ALWAYS full. He's on Excalibur. The ONLY reason I got this game was to play with him and I am unable to do so because of the restrictions and limitations that are seemingly always active on this server. So I played a bit on Midgardsormr thinking that in an effort to make things right they would implement a free transfer service after their maintenance. Nope. And I'm unable to create a character on his server AGAIN as it is full somehow. I'd be fine to make progress elsewhere on another server for the time being until transfers are implemented, apparently mid September, but he cannot travel to any other server stupidly(in game economy, I know, whatever.) as he is a legacy player. So now I'm stuck unable to play with my brother as he progresses throughout the game.

If they had said WHEN transfers would take place and HOW they would work then I could create a character on another server and progress for the time being, but no such thing has happened....Any communication would be beneficial to me but of course I realize how little of a chance that is.

What sucks is that I know this is a REALLY good game, given the brief chances I've had to play it, but these problems are too prominent and too devastating to make it enjoyable at all.

PLEASE communicate clearer and give a crap about North Americans.

Is there any way I can check to see when Excalibur is accepting character creation?? This is getting ridiculous.

Any chance at all you could get your brother to start over on a different server with you? That may be the quickest easiest solution.

They seem to have people monitoring and reading these boards, since some threads are at times, randomly deleted without explanation.
If you're hoping to get a response from a community rep though, that might be tough. I'm beginning to think their standard procedure for handling most problems is to ignore it and hope no one else mentions the same thing.

Go to the mogstation and do a server transfer for both you and your brother onto a less populated server. One of the new ones with no restrictions. I'm not sure if this feature is available now, but saw an announcement stating it would be accessible mid-September.
