Has anyone actually used a Phial of Fantasia yet?

Use the item in game, remove equipped items, log out and before you log back in on your character select screen choose your character you want to change sub commands (ps3 is square button) and edit. Make sure you go through it all and don't exit the screen back to the log in screen or you will lose it you can go back to the race screen but any further and you cancel it out

I am on the PC, it says "Cancel and access the subcommand menu to re-edit your character" I hit Cancel and nothing happens.

Right click your char's name to bring up the sub-menu on the selection screen.
