Just curious to know cause I have gotten both sides of this question but will us English players who play in a JP server (due to NA never working before for weeks) be able to transfer to a NA server when they allow server transfers? I just kinda want a yes or no with a small explanation. If someone can help me out with this question that would be amazing.
