FPS Issues

Hey guys,

After the massive patch applied to the game last night I find that my FPS has suffered a great deal. I'm not the most educated person when it comes to computers, but I know my system meets requirements (save for the video card, but I have an i7, which does pretty well). Below, I have posted my relevant Dxdiag information.
Just prior to the patch (and through beta and launch) I was running around 29 FPS in low/medium population areas (Anywhere but major cities). This is a comfortable gaming area for me. After the patch I am at a low FPS of 3-6 in the same areas.
I've done a clean reboot of my system using my task manager (Win8) but I don't see any other programs interfering with Final Fantasy(and they have remained off.
If someone with a bit more technical expertise could assist me with this it would greatly appreciated.
