Haukke Manor - Bloody Parchment

the bloody parchment in haukke manor is currently bugged for me and my party.

we cannot pick it up, which means we cant continue the dungeon, which means we have to start all over again

edit: forgot to mention, this dungeon is part of the STORY questline. meaning until this is fixed, I cannot progress through the story!
