problem register ps3 into my account

my ps3 early access account was LINK into my PC legacy account
i already added my ps3 pre-order bonus into my PC legacy account

i only have 1 "service account" which is "legacy / window CE "


i would like to add my ps3 stander ver into my account & get access to my ps3 trophies
when i go under "account mangerment" > "Redeem Code" it give me "the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be volid"


what am i doing wrong guys?!?! all i want is access to my ps3 trophies ; ;

Did you enter the actual PS3 registration code (promotion code) that comes with the boxed PS3 copy? It should be on a leaflet, the 4-4-4 code.

yea that the code i try to enter on the "redeem code" but it give me "the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be volid" which is why i dont understan if i never used it then why it giving me that message


side note , under "account management" there a "service list" when i check i have FFXIV early access & beta under that but not FFXIV regular
